Most everyone in Georgetown knows that if it was not for the old salt Bobby the neighborhood would have starved out a long time ago. He was the one that started using any open land be it vacant lots or some park land to plant fruits and vegetables. He is one of the many runners of the local market and is kind enough and willing to help that he willing to take work vouchers as payment. Bobby oversees the operation of three market places so that at lest one is always within walking distance from anywhere in the neighborhood.
